  • Blue Belt

After many years of a sedentary lifestyle, and then falling into the trap of eating for two during my pregnancy, I found myself on the wrong side of overweight. It wasn't until my son was a toddler that I realized I needed to make some serious changes and become a fitter, healthier, and better role model for him.
In 2013, I started my weight-loss journey, managing to lose over 60 lbs.
In 2016, I competed in the OCB Virginia Natural Bodybuilding show, archiving 3rd place in the bikini debut division.
In 2016, I completed the National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer program.
In 2018, I found myself trying out jiu jitsu for the first time and instantly fell in love with it. As a white belt, I trained at Carlson Gracie Guam under Clifton Nededog.
Then, in 2021, I joined Gracie Barra San Antonio under Fabiana Borges, receiving my blue belt in 2022.
